Angel's Story
Angel is a visual artist and educator who is passionate about nurturing creativity, confidence, and self-expression in children of all abilities.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Visual Arts from Hong Kong Baptist University, with a concentration in Glass and Experiential Studio and a minor in Psychology. Her academic studies in developmental psychology, positive psychology, and the psychology of personality continue to inform her child-centred, supportive teaching approach.
Angel has experience working with children and youth across a variety of educational and community settings. She has taught visual arts to students of all ages in both classroom and studio environments, leading engaging, hands-on lessons in pastel, acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, and crafts. She has also facilitated inclusive art workshops for individuals with diverse needs and abilities, encouraging emotional expression and artistic exploration in a safe, creative environment.
Angel is trained in SIX BRICKS (Levels 1 & 2) and is a certified Pastel Nagomi Advanced Teacher. She provides services in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. She is committed to creating inclusive art spaces where children feel empowered to explore their ideas, experiment freely, and take pride in their creative journey.
Outside of teaching, Angel enjoys traveling, taking nature walks, and watching a wide variety of movies—always curious and inspired by the world around her.
