Jody's Story
Jody is a registered Occupational Therapist who holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. She is dedicated to supporting children and youth through a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and inclusive approach to care.
With clinical experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other developmental differences, Jody works closely with families to develop meaningful, functional goals. She provides ongoing parent education and empowers caregivers with practical strategies that can be carried into daily routines.

Fluent in English and conversational in Cantonese, Jody values building strong, collaborative relationships with families to support each child’s unique developmental journey.
Outside of her professional work, Jody enjoys staying active outdoors through walking, running, and biking, and loves cooking for her friends and family.
