Get ready for a day of movement, teamwork, and friendly competition at Winter Olympics: The Great Snow Games!
Campers will join their own mini Olympic team and take part in creative indoor versions of winter-inspired events, including relay races, obstacle courses, throwing challenges, ski-jump building, and strategy games. Along the way, teams will create their own identity with a flag, emblem, or team cheer before working together to take on each new challenge.
The focus is not just on winning, campers will practice how to take turns, encourage teammates, follow multi-step game rules, adjust when things don’t go as planned, and solve problems together.
Through active play and friendly competition, children build teamwork, sportsmanship, flexibility, motor skills, communication, problem-solving, and self-regulation.
