Atarah's Story
Atarah Huang is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Art Therapist who brings over four years of experience supporting children, adults, and families across hospital, community, and outpatient settings. Known for her warm and creative style, she focuses on helping clients express emotions, strengthen self-regulation, and build resilience in ways that feel safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.
Drawing on her academic training from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute (Graduate Diploma in Art Psychotherapy) and her diverse clinical background, Atarah takes a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy.
